Trombone- They have so much fun. A really nice sounding, fun to play instrument. Not a super common band instrument. I say you should play this.

Flute- Very generic. Usually played by your typical blonde. Sounds nice though, IF played correctly. I've heard that learning to play flute is very hard, but then gets easier as you go, unlike the other instruments where it gets harder the more you advance.

Trumpet- Also slightly overrated. Sounds very bold and majestic. Pretty easy to play.

My pick is trombone, but it's your choice.
This is my personal OPINION. No thumbs down, please.
Good Luck

Trumpet. It sounds really cool.

I'm not really sure about what you're asking though...

trumpet would be good if you were looking for the easier, and maybe more fun route, but trombone would be good if your looking to try something more unique, and/or smoother

Trumpet ; this instrument can sound so cool and mellow. It is a shame more people do not play it like this. Most people seem to want to scream out on the high notes...awful.
Go for the trumpet.

I play the trumpet, you should too.

No matter what anyone says, all instruments are hard! Some instruments are basically easier, but then the composer writes more difficult music for it.

The flute is lovely. A sweet sound and very versatile. Think of the wonderful bird music in "Peter and the Wolf"; or listen to the amazingly difficult flute solo in the "William Tell Overture".

The trumpet is often the star of the orchestra, which is less often the case of the trombone.

If you're hankering to play in a concert band, a brass instrument is the way to go. The flute, while it sometimes has fun things to do usually is lost in the overwhelming sound of the brass. I'd say that the choice between a trumpet and a trombone is a toss-up. Listen to some band music, and decide for yourself which sounds like more fun to you. Then go for it.

I personally like the flute the best, since it has the widest choice of solo music and chamber music.

trumpet it has more melodybut i dont play trumpet im a clarinet player i tried to switch to it over the summer the notes are easy to learn the hard part is your ambutcher. since ur a flute player it might be easier since u dont use a reed and have reed teeth. i would say start on melophone it is the same notes as a trumpet but lower its easier to make sound then switcn to trumpet when u r able to get sound. u might get a headache whenu first try the trumpet because u wont be used to it and it is a lot of air. its up to you whether or not u choose the trumpet or trombone i ve always wanted to try the trombone but it looks to hard and i like having the melody

You know that Trumpet and Trombone are both brass while flute is a woodwind. Trumpet is commonly used in many types of music while a trombone not so much. Trombone's have kind of an obnoxious sound that if used right can sound beautiful, terrifying or just plain werid. Trumpets are usally meant to represent epicness (not a word but it's an awesome word) or used to create dissonance. I would say Trumpet, becuase many great Jazz artists played Trumpet and Trombone is almost never a lead instrument while Trumpet is almost always a lead instrument. (Seriously if you play flute and like it play the Saxophone it's easier and sounds basically the best of any instrument)
