It's a bit difficult, you know. The only thing I can do is to explain what its meaning is in my opinion.
I think it describes the changes a person undergoes while growing up. In the beginning it says: Break me in, teach us to cheat. Children are not good at cheating, they are innocent and thus free ("I used to be so free...")...
Another version is that he talks about a relationship, where he is first unwilling to start this relationship; in the end, in the slower part of the song ("wash me away, clear your body..."), it seems that he wants to erase all the memories about that story...
Of course. it's only my opinion... I've chosen it as my nick because I love it's sound and Origin Of Symmetry! :D
