The song is Daydream by Lupe Fiasco. not sure where that vintage sounding sample is from though.
Update: the sample track used in that rap song is called Daydream in Blue by I Monster.
Final Update: scratch the last one, the sample is originally by The Wallace Collection called Daydream. This makes more sense as the song sounds very old, and the Wallace Collection recorded it in 68.
