I have to agree with some of the people you named BUT:
Those guys (bone) had clever flows, but they were FAR from EVER being the best.
And Tupac was good but the guy rapped so "simple simon" it seemed like it took him 3 minutes to write a rap. VERY overrated.

Eminem is so overrated and to me sounds like Elmer Fudd (eeebity eeebity) I dont call that "lyrical talent"
Dr Dre has NO lyrical talent whatsoever, but he's been a great producer for a while now.

i feel Rakim had the best lyrical talent and flow. He was ahead of his time lyrically...as for flow..he created one of the best flows when he incorporated rhyme in his lines. That means not only the end of his lines rhymes, but also the middle.
Nas has great story-telling skills. He has some songs that are deep in thought, paints vivid street pictures. His only downfall would be trying to stay with the times when he raps about material things.

Biggie had incredible ability to make his songs flow it all made sense and fit wit tha beats Tupac has that lyrical talent like he wasnt even tryna rap and it would rhyme so both in my book
