The only two actual symphonies that I can think of that have names involving water are Symphony No.2 (Ocean) by Anton Rubenstein and Symphony No. 1 (A Sea Symphony) by Ralph Vaughan Williams. A stretch might be Vaughan Williams' Symphony No. 7 (Sinfonia Antartica). The other pieces that have been listed are not really symphonies.

Musician, composer, director.

could be you mean the Water Music Suite #1 in F, HWV 348 by George Frideric Handel

I Ditto, "Aeroman 7". Some other possibilities are:

Smetana: "The Moldau"

Debussy: "La Mer"(The Sea)

Sibelius: "Oceanides"

And sorry, but that's about all that i can think of.

Wotan

Besides the ones being mentioned,
Schumann. 3th Symphony, the Reinische.
It's often used in movies and commercials as is the Moldau by Smetana.

More possibilities that roughly involve water, but are not Symphonies include
Wagner, Fliegende Holl?nder (On sea)
Wagner, Opening of Das Rheingold (Floating of the Rhine)
Mendelsohn, Die Hebriden

I'll mention another two pieces: the second movement from Beethoven's "Pastoral Symphony": Szene am Bach (Scene to a brook) and the Paul Dukas's symphonic poem "Sorcerer Apprentice", the most famous piece that has to do with the water thing :)
