I wouldnt have any cds that have been released this year,but i would have my ipod and a solar charger.A cd may come in handy for signalling though and to bastardise your question the best cd for signalling would be any modern irratating rappers cd that i could personally scratch up and ruin.The ones i would not remove from their jewel cases in sandy conditions would be Guitarists like Satriani,Vai etc.But i would already have these playing on my ipod .
