I'm a huge Country Music fan and never heard of him.
Phil was a session musician who played lead guitar and did a lot of work in the 1970's. I do remember that he was a member of Ray Price's Cherokee Cowboy's at one time. I think he passed away several years ago. You are coming up with some names I haven't heard of in years. Thanks for the memories
