snoop dogg doesnt really rap anymore, he just acts as himself since he's made the whole snoop character into a household name... he just says anything and gets away with it.. all his movies he's basically still snoop dogg and he doesnt really act different or talk different
jay-z has the whole "i dont write anthing" so he's pretty much the more talented rapper.. to create what he does all out of the top of his head.
however, snoop doggs finest moments are way better than jay-z's best.
so ill go with snoop, hes just cooler and although he's not as talented, he has more in delivery and presence and appeal. jay-z sort of sounds the same all the time, it's what he's saying that makes him good. snoop can say anything and he makes it sound good.
