Your favorite band that misspelled their name?!

Question: Mine would either be The Adicts or The Descendents.

I don't know...I'm bored.

Polvo

Thanks Master C. I saw him at Coachella a while back. Pretty cool stuff. Keith is a trippy dude. It's a bummer that he had the falling out with Automator.
Have a good one. Report It

    The Beatles.

    Lynyrd Skynyrd

Phish.... The Beatles was already taken :0)

    The Byrds

    The Homewrekers

    Dark Tranquillity

    Limp Bizkit

    Motley Crue

NP: "When You're Alone (It Ain't Easy)" - Journey

Led Zeppelin as opposed to Lead Zeppelin. Page said he spelled it that way because he didn't want people to mispronounce their name "Leed" Zeppelin, seeing that lead and lead are spelled the same way.
This exact thing happened to the band "Live", it was meant to be pronounced "liv", according to lead singer Ed Kowalczyk.

    Motley Crue

Linkin Park they put the n backwards

    STYX

    A "past" fav

    Edit:

    Thank You wrialhuden

Probably one of those things I knew back in the day but my braindisc is suffering from long term fragmentation and could stand some reformatting.

    paramore
i think it's actually spelled paramour

    INXS

KOrN! LOVE THEM SO MUCH! :D

Staind isn't bad... and prince. that symbol thingy...idk if that counts as misspelling,,,

rammstein....i always wanna put rammstien for some reason.........

    Def Leppard

BTW, Styx is not a misspelling; it refers to the mythical river of the Greek pantheon's underworld. The original name of the band was Tradewinds 4, but they wanted something that sounded cooler for their first album release.

    Bloc (not Block) Party

    probably Linkin' Park.
And i just want to say that the person who said that Led Zeppellin was because of pronunciation is wrong. What actually happened was that Roger Daltery (The Who lead singer) said that this band would go down like a lead Zeppellin. therefore, when they became possibly the greatest band ever, they rubbed it in and called themselves Led Zeppellin

One that hasn't already been mentioned...the Black Crowes (correct spelling: the Black Crows). Van der Graaf Generator (correct spelling: Van de Graaff generator) is another one.

    linkin park

    WYLD STALLYNS!! Excellent, dude!

    The Beatles.

    I also like
    Bloc Party
    Blaqk Audio

    THE BEATLES!
