I am not exactly a house music fan, but I like most music and I recognise classic lyrics when I see them. Those lyrics are from "I Won't Back Down" originally by Tom Petty, but covered by many artists.
After a bit of searching I found a mix on you tube called "Booka Shade - Night Falls vs Won't Back Down". It seems to fit your criteria, and I can imagine it would sound pretty good played very loud in a club.
