I can get headaches from certain songs.
Play anything by Fergie or The Black Eyed Peas and I will drop dead.
Anything related to G-Unit will make me go into a seizure and listening to anything from those teeny bopper artists will result in me going into cardiac arrest.

And once in a while I might hear a song so haunting and beautiful it actually makes my heart race, which can be a bit painful.
Heavy Metal isn't for everyone. Thats okay. Its nothing to be ashamed of, but its either you natually have that taste or you don't. Back to answering your question, no I have never become ill from listening to any types of music. But rap,hip-hop,r&b music makes me mad and I hate it.

I feel ill when listening to rap/hip hop/r&b/country. I actually feel ill when listening to any music on the radio.
I get headaches from rap and hip hop. Besides that music kind of elevates my blood pressure in a very negative way. Most of the time I turn off music that disturbs me so I almost never listen to rap, death, trash metal and such. don't submit your body and soul to torture.... hope you'll feel better soon.
Thanks to the first answer in my question about a youtube video, I ended up falling ill. Had to find something decent to make up for that.

Any rap where the listener has the bass kicked up to where you're wondering if they're trying to test Tesla's(not the band the actual inventor) mechanical resonance theory, and you can hear it for miles. This actually causes physical pain in my ears( actually helicopters do this also). It's really bad when they're stopped at the stop sign in front of my house or sitting in the parking lot at work.
