Question: I used to know a lot about him..i do remember that he was a great song writer and went on tour with the late MEL STREET when he was only 14 or 15(SMOKEY MOUNTAIN MEMORIES) if i remember right and also toured with JOHNNY PAYCHECK promoting another of his #1 hits 'TAKE THIS JOB"..

Yes I do and I always thought he should have gone farther than he did. He wrote "Falling Back To You" which was a song that did well for Webb Pierce and one of his biggest recordings was "Put It Off Until Tomorrow"
