Which rock n' roll singer would do well singing an Opera?!
Question: Freddie Mercury... The best. Paul Rogers can sing.. But I don't think he could do Opera much justice.. Freddie is no longer with us.. But that guy could do it all. Rock, Opera. Anything, he could sing.
RIP Mr. Mercury..
or Steve Perry, Roy Orbison I love his voice. But I'm sticking with Freddie.

THE SINGER FROM STYX
Rob Halford of Judas Priest
Bruce Dickinson from Iron Maiden
Ronnie James Dio and Tarja Turunen (ex-Nightwish), she actually used to be a professional opera singer.
Freddie Mercury, Paul Rodgers (the guy could sing), Thom Yorke (if he can hit those high notes for a rock song, what can he do for Opera?) and David Coverdale.
patrick from fall out boy
amy lee
listen to sweet sacrifice by evanescence and you will see what i mean
Christina Scabbia from Lacuna Coil
Freddie Mercury would have and maybe David Bowie.
Corey Glover from Living Colour fame has a great voice and recently played Judas in Jesus Christ Superstar.
GEOFF TATE (SINGER FROM QUEENSRYCHE), IN FACT BOTH HIS MOM AND DAD WERE OPERA SINGERS. HE SANG OPERA WHEN HE WAS A KID.
The singer from H.I.M. He went to an elite voice school when he was like 12... has incredible vocal talent.
Pat Benatar (actually started in opera) and Meatloaf
Definitely Freddie Mercury, and Steve Perry, of Journey. Maybe Roger Daltrey.
