How do you transpose Guitar Chords to Piano?!

Question: plz tell me how. i need to know.

Answers: plz tell me how. i need to know.

Well, assuming you know the notes on the piano:
- for major chords, start on the tonic note (doh) and go up one third (to mi) and then another third (to soh), so C major is C E G.
- for minor chords, start on the tonic note (doh) and go up one minor third (to maw), and then to the dominant (soh), so C minor is C Eflat G
- for dominant seventh chords, you add the seventh (te), so G7 is G B D F

Those are the commonest chords, there are hundreds more.
Hope this helps to get you started anyhow!

first the cord note for the Guitar is the same notes as the notes in a cord on a piano...so they are pretty much the same and don't need transposed.

jens right
the same notes that make up the guitar chord can be played note for note on the piano

you just play two to four keys on the piano. have fun!!!
