What five Rock tracks would you choose and why?!

Question: OK this may be a blatant attempt to create tonight's SRD Rock Radio Show playlist, but we do actually like to know why people have favourites.
22.00 (GMT) on Thursdays on line at www.harboroughfm.co.uk, more details on our Yahoo 360! page too (..../srdrockradioshow).
We particularly like well known bands or songs done with a twist, e.g. G'n'R covering the Stones, or cracking album tracks that rarely get airplay.

Many thanks for your thoughts

Hi lads, Boston, More than a feeling, This was out when i was going out with my first girlfriend J geils band,Centerfold, Great tune even better video. Bon jovi, Living on a prayer, Great ale swigging tune. Europe,The final countdown,Great tune for any rock night. Rainbow,All night long,Any song with lyrics like { I saw you standing there by the stage, your black stockings and your see through dress}is pure rock and a brill tune. Have a top show lads.

Foo's Band on the run . Def leppard Action Ian Hunter once bitten twice shy. SAHB framed. Led Zep Dazed an confused.

kansas - carry on wayward son, van halen - runnin with the devil, eagles - witchy woman, kiss - god of thunder, mannfred mann - blinded by the light

Any thing by the red hot chili peppers.

Depends what you mean by Rock music.

Here's my 5:
Eye Of The Beholder - Metallica
One - Metallica
Angel Of Death - Slayer
Raining Blood - Slayer
Cowboys From Hell - Pantera

Aerosmith - Seasons of wither

Velvet Underground - Heroin
G'n'R - Estranged
The Kinks - Animal Farm (people do need a little break, don't they? :P )
Led Zeppelin - Trampled Under Foot
Ozzy - Shot in the Dark

That is, if it's a show about classic rock (I promise I'll listen tonight and find out, if you stream online).

If it's not about classic rock, I would probably listen to some Sepultura and Therion.

I really cannot think of five...

Led Zeppelin's Going to California [Live version from How The West Was Won] because it is my life almost word for word.

The Howling by Within Temptation - the female singer has to have one of the best voices around.

Confide in Me by Angtoria - a cover of the Kylie Minogue song, and how much better it is!

The Islander by Nightwish - very different from their usual stuff, all male vocals and do they, and the music, sound like Jethro Tull.

Dreamflight by After Forever - a superb piece of gothic rock

Poison by Tarja - yeap a cover of the Alice Cooper classic, not too sure about it though.

Metallia - The Unforgiven
Pantera - Floods
Bon Jovi - Living On A Prayer
Metallica - Enter Sandman
Red Hot Chillies - Anything by them!

Paranoid-Black Sabbath,Swallow My Pride-Ramones,Ace of Spades-Motorhead,Run to the Hills-Iron Maiden,Start Me Up-Blondie(Stones cover). These all remind me of a mis-spent youth and how much I`m enjoying growing old disgracefully.I can die happy knowing that songs like this will be around long after all of us have gone for others to enjoy.

get over it, i used to love rock music... now i hate it!!! thats why im in a rock band now... and it's called...... fu ck retro anything and fu ck your tatoos, fu ck all you jun kies and fu ck your short memories...
