"Missing You" by John Waite and Alison Krauss.
It is a remake of John Waite's original back in the 80s. I like that Krauss, a bluegrass artist, could help update it and make it sound new while still keeping the old hook that made it popular the first time around.
I love The Prayer with Andrea Bocielli and Celine Dion. or with Charlotte Church and Josh Groban. It's simply amazing. Just gorgeous, gorgeous piece.
Also if u like musicals, "What is this Feeling?" from Wicked is a great one

Conway Twitty and Loretta Lynn teamed up as basically a singing duo group for some of the finest duets recorded in country music.
Yes, i thought of them too because i am fan of country music and we took our Aunt to see them and see really adores them. We may not have favorite songs that i am really familar with but this is the Best Answer to pick because they are second to none with with many duet hits, compatible contrasting voices of high and low and have lots of devoted fans.

Their song got to me, seeing the video of how two artists get along and respect each other and work the magic of singing a duet.
