i love Arch Enemy and Children of Bodom
mine is avenged sevenfold, korn , flyleaf , three days grace, five finger death punch , evanscence , crossfade , hard metal band like marlin manson and metallia and alice cooper
and ozzy ozborne you know that is what i listen to but mostly like metal bands that is hard and that will blow your ears out
Lol Arch Enemy, Children Of Bodom and In Flames are certainly not death metal. And Spikey Parker you really need to check out what Death Metal is. None of the bands you mention even come close.
The main death metal band I listen too at the moment is Deicide.
The 1 I have listened to the longest however is Bolt Thrower. I got into them in around 1991 the same time as I really started listening to music.

my favourite bands would probs be slipknot(although not so much death) Meshuggah (older heavy band sence 1989) it all really depends what ur view on death is,
Arch Enemy is most certainly Death Metal and a great one at that! Two other of my other favorites are Dark Tranquillity and Hypocrisy. Up and coming is The Duskfall.
As dumb as it sounds, I really like Dethklok from the cartoon. The guy who writes all the music, Brendon Small, is pretty legit. He played all the instruments on the album except drums (Gene Hoglan of Death and Dark Angel fame) But I was a fan of his music before this project, so I'm biased.
The album is actually the highest charting Death Metal album ever. But that's probably just because it's a TV show.
