Compare to 90's and todays hip hop?!
Question: have you noticed that hip hop has changed alot from the hip hop of the 90's to todays music i mean i think it has changed alot and i don't think there aren't that many rappers around anymore from the 90's because most of them fell off as far as i know.but what do you think has happend for the last 10+ years?

the rap today has like different beats and tempos......but back in the day it all sounded the same with the same beat and all

I'm not really a rap fan but I do think rap now is more like dancing type of music and in the 90's especially early 90's it was more violent I don't think it's as bad as it used to be.
probly because rappers from the 90's are getting old. jay-z, however, has been in the game 10+ years and just put out a new album, and im pretty sure rakim and nas are too, so i dont know. but honestly, you cant expect people to be here for 20+ years, that just doesnt happen (i will acknowledge ll cool j, though. so yes, it does happen occasionally). you cant sit here 10 years from now and say "yo, what happen to soulja boy, that dude just fell off homie, when that kid coming back?"
