Is there a way to tune my Bb Bass Saxophone to Eb?!

There is no way to change what key a saxophone plays in by anything more than a 1/4 step or a 1/2 step at the most. Without taking a lot of tubing off (making it a bari sax) or adding a lot (making it a contra-bass sax) would it be possible to make it an Eb. If you are worried about music for it, play tenor sax parts.
It can't be done. The way saxes are built there is no way to change the key unless you cut every piece apart and completely remade it.
