I don't believe she is related to him. I did some research on her after I saw her at a USO show when I was deployed a few years ago.
On a side note she did put on a pretty good show and she got bonus points for sitting on my lap and singing to me.

The only thing i know from P.Gilley is , one REAL Country Woman & Artist !!!I have listening the duets with Barbara Mandrell(my favorite) & with Loretta Lynn!!! Also the song "Picture of me" & "Take your hands off my heart". And she have programme in some radio station ?!(& i think it was a member in the group 'The Louisians' !)...
