Do you have to be a good singer to be a frontman?!
Question: It helps, but look at AC/DC, Counting Crows, and there are many more. I'm sure you're not as bad a singer as you think you are. Pretty much if you can convey emotion I think you can be a front man. Thats why I hate shows like American Idol, because they were born with a good voice and haven't really put forth as much effort as a songwriter. So, yeah, be a songwriter that can convey emotion through youre voice and music and you can be a front man.
