The biggest label in the world is universal they have many different scouts and closers as far as signiing and scouting for talent.Of course any company this big is owned by multiple individuals because it has been sold and bought and redistributed so many times since it was formed in 1934.universal is so big it ownes all of these labels like interscope, def jam (all of it), motown,G unit ,star trak,D block ,shady,doggystyle , etc..... a lot of labels people concider to be major.In Texas there office is located in Dallas were i know the head of promo.There is no label bigger then Universal.
