Garth Brooks question..."Good Ride Cowboy"??!

Question: I bought the Garth Brooks Ultimate Hits and was confused as to why on Good Ride Cowboy does he say "Air Force Brat" when in the original it says "Navy Brat"...does anyone know? Just curious because it through me off. Was Chris a Navy brat or Air force brat and why would it change?

he was an air force brat..he wasnt in the air force

Chris LeDoux was in the Air Force but the song was wrong, If you listen on the radio sometimes they have the edited version and they say Air Force it was just a mix up.
