Does anyone own a folding or roll up piano or know if they work well?!

They are a fun toy, but they are not as responsive as a real keyboard. I have used them on trips. They lack velocity response (playing loud or quiet), and they also don't feel like a real piano (or even an electronic piano). However, if you are looking for something to work out melodic ideas or practice finger positions, etc....they are quite nice. I think that stores like Sharper Image may have these for you to try out. I have not found a very portable solution for practicing piano during my travels.

That's a little steep in price though! Check around! Try Musiciansfreind.com or Guitarcenter.com, etc
