Do you like the song He cheats by Carrie Underwood?!

Question: I think most women can relate to the song and smile but, I don't think it is appropiate to air on the radio. It teaches younger girls to seek revenge and handle situations in a negative way.

who cares, songs are how you feel if the writer felt like slamming a baseball bat in the headlight of a cheating boyfriends car, so be it. I am 13 anad i know better than to do that, anyone that is so young that they take it the wrong way shouldnt be listneing to it. Just as simple as that. Believe me i know where your comeing from but i think you took it just one more step higher than incountered. Its a song wher you wish you could do something like that.

do you mean Before He Cheats??? Anyways, I think you're seriously taking this too far. It's a song. Nobody listens to a song and goes "oh, since she did it, then I should". They just don't. We listen to music for fun, not to help us plan out our lives. Don't complicate your life! :)

Oh, go and burn a book already....

I like the other answers, but the song is good. I don't like how she encourages vandalism with a baseball bat. I think that makes for some domestic violence arrests. Wonder how many women went to do the same thing?!

oh, come on, it's not that bad...do you ever see the stuff kids see on TV on a daily basis? That's the way the world is these days and most people know not to take a song like that so literally.

Yes I do, and it's called Before He Cheats. And as for the younger girls, I think they'll understand that its just a song to smile about, and thats all. They might not even get it if they're young enough to copy it, you never know <3 I do think its cute though, don't you?

It's a really good song.

its a really good song and i think that its just overplayed now. but as for young girls. i doubt it. if you are a parent of a young girl well, you can parent anyway you want. i know my father made my mother stop letting my listen to "good bye earl" by the Dixie chicks when i was younger. but i would be more concerned about other thing such as more mainstream music and violence on TV rather than a country song. i think you shouldn't worry so much, but if its your child, you can do anything you want.
