Not really, M Shadows' voice seems a bit lighter. But thats just myopinion
their voices sound kinda similar ish on those songs i guess. not really tho

I'm sorry but F*ck no. They sound a lot different. Their bands in general sound different. A7x is more whiny and annoying. I love A7x but I really only listen to it because of the guitar work. Disturbed is awesome because they have a creative style and their singer is unique. As a musician I can say that Disturbed has a much better singer. The only thing I loved about A7xs singing was when he used to scream. M. Shadows is a damn good screamer.
