Adam Ant wins this one hands down. Stuart Goddard was plunking down creative, on the edge music before Mr. Rock forgot how to use shampoo on that greasy mop of his.
Like someone had commented earlier, one might be surprised if they read the bio on Adam Ant. The silly outfits and make up is what some remember him by. But if one was to discover what he did musically, you may give him some credit.

Adam Ant was the real deal in terms of early punk rock and alternative music. Kid Rock is little more than a novelty act that ran its course ten years ago.
I would poke my eardrums until I was deaf before picking between them.
