o well other than that the list looks pretty good i would just take out GRODT (solid album though) & Documentary (Classic west coast album but i don't know if its top 25 material)
and replace Mama said knock you out with Bigger Badder & Deffer or Radio
also replace low ended theory with Midnight Marauders and rank it higer at least in the top 10
