yes, at the end of the song when the girl is singing and asking him 'what he'd do for love' or whatever, she says something like
'i know the territory, i've been around
it'll all turn to dust and we'll all fall down
sooner or later, you'll be screwing around"
and he says "i won't do that, no i won't do that. i would do anything for love, but i won't do that."
so what he's referring to in the song is that he won't screw around or cheat on her, at least that's what i assume?

Go read the lyrics. Basically he won't NOT go all the way and he won't forget what she feels like in his arms and he won't trivialize the importance of their intimate encounter.
go on youtube and search it. its a really messed up music video but it pretty much explains it all. i think hes a vampire or something, its just weird.
