I have been a Dolly Parton fan for many years.I also am touched by her song, Coat of Many Colours.I used to sing it to my daughters when they were little,my youngest still loves it.Have you heard her sing "She's an Eagle When She Flies". It is also on You Tube. Just a note check out the lyrics to her song "Family".I used the lyrics in a scrapbook I made for my parents 50th anniversary.My dad wasn't a country fan but it sure made him a believer with that song. She is a lovely Lady, i like to see her interviews aswell, she comes across as really down to earth and honest.
Yeah, she's brilliant. Fabulous voice. Pity about the overdone plastic surgery - she was lovely without it.

I love her stuff, it's amazing, full of emotion that can usually get a lump in my throat. I got the p*ss taken out of me at university for listening to her on my ipod, but I didn't care as her stuff blows me away.
That is a great song from the heart, she had a tough life but she came out good in the end, very talented.
I agree with you 100% love her voice and writing skills and always have, it's just too bad that her looks have to come into play everytime her name is mentioned...i guess i can see that point though, she has gone HOLLYWOOD a little bit and taken it just a tad too far!..BUT..I LOVER HER MUSIC STILL!
