As I rode out of EL PASO,
In the EARLY MORNING RAIN,
I met up with a KNOXVILLE GIRL,
and asked her "WHAT'S YOUR NAME"?
She said CAROLYN,
as she was LOOKING BACK TO SEE,
I said "was it a BURNING LOVE"? and she said,
"no, just a RED HOT MEMORY"!
So what do you think? Can we give Harlan Howard a run for his money or what? lol
