Ray Benson and Asleep At The Wheel are one of a kind...they have the same quality as Bob Wills and the Texas Playboys did....hard to beat.
Asleep at The Wheel are great. It is true that they are one of a kind. There are, however alot of Texas/Red Dirt bands that are influenced by Western Swing. I will put up a few links worth checking out if you have the time.
