Heres out it works... HNIC is leader of Rhyme Terrorists & Evil Conscience is leader of Spit Squadron so they both pick the new teams. However there 1st pick has 2 be someone from the opposing team... But 4 the rest of the picks they can pick whoever same or new people... Sounds like a good idea?
