These are all classical guitarists so I assume this is what you wanted. Pepe Romero also plays flamenco guitar.
You can find most of these musicians on youtube so go there to check them out. Also look up the Chinese lady Li Jie ; she is amazing.

he's very good so you can't go wrong.
ralph mctell has also recorded some fine blues/rag stuff that is very listenable and enjoyable.

Andy Mckee is amazing. He utilises an original way of the playing the guitar where he taps out a beat the guitar whilst strumming and tapping the strings. Its really laid back, calming music. City and Color (Dallas Green from Alexisonfire) does some alternative style. Its still easy listening, but it has a certain energy to it. Oh and of course Jack Johnson.
