It Means "things that don't kill me will only make me stronger". It is a old saying. "If it doesn't kill you it will make you stronger."
This basically means that when someone faces adversity (pain of a breakup, financial trouble, death of a loved one, etc) they need to not let it make them give up. As long as you keep fighting the pain and not let it "kill you" it will in the end make you stronger. When people have to fight and work to fix things, it will make them stronger.
Bascially don't let life get you down. Keep up the fight and it will make you "harder, better, faster stronger."
I don't think it means anything, as he simply sampled 'Harder, Better, Faster, Stronger' from Daft Punk.
