Aw. A fellow songwriter. My suggestion to you is to keep a journal. Take notes on anything you found unusual out of your day. Relationship mishaps, someone you might find amusing, etc..If you play an instrument, for example guitar. Convey some of those words with oriented chords and beats. Give it time. It will come to you. Some of the most successful artists used this method, I'm sure.
