I always liked The Who's "Borris the Spider"
here are a few that run the gamut from electronica to post-punk to goth to trip-hop: cocteau twins, dj shadow, depeche mode, dead can dance, tricky, massive attack, portishead, siouxsie and the banshees, shiny toy guns.
they're not all spooky (some definitely are at times), but most are usually pretty chill. I just got into the cocteau twins pretty heavy right now; the vocalist has such a wonderful voice.
also, you should try pandora internet radio. you will be introduced to a slew of artist that you've never heard of who are right up your alley.
