Why is my euphonium/baritone valve not going down?!
Question: my euphoniums valve wont go down and when i checked inside i couldent pull the valve out either????!!!!

Whoa! calm down. Put some valve oil on it and try to loosen it up. If that doesn't work, ask your teacher or take it to a music shop and ask for help with it.
Try the valve oil first though. If you haven't got any, pick some up at any instrument store.
