Can you name this song, probably from the 1970's?!

Question: I always hear this song on the radio and it kind of sounds like "I feel the earth move" by Carole King
at least in the piano parts. but i think it's sung by a dude.
the only part that's stuck in my head is the part that goes: "Think of me..." and it's sung out. I'm thinking mid to late 70's by the sound of it. It's like soft rock, probably classified as oldies music, the only notable instruments that i remember being in the song are drums, piano and like a flute solo. Any guesses are welcome.

Sounds like: "Hello It's Me"
by Todd Rundgren

"Think of me
You know that I'd be with you if I could
I'll come around to see you once in a while
Or if I ever need a reason to smile
And spend the night if you think I should..."
