Don't you think Killswitch Engage and Shadows Fall sound like each other so !
Question: Eventhough they are both from Massachusetts and both are now considered metalcore in my opinion they don't sound anything alike especially when you take in the entire body of their work. I have seen both bands evolve over the years and I can say both bands are better today then they were in Shadows Fall's case 10 years ago. Overall I like KIllswitch better for no particualr reason other than I enjoy the vocals and riffing more.

not really KSE has harmonic breaks in their songs... shadows really doesnt. Im a huge KSE fan im glad they started getting noticed by mainstream music with "my curse"
I dont think they sound alike at all.
I like both bands, but I like Killswitch engage better.
