I don't get it about the Wizard of Oz and Pink Floyds Dark Side of the Moon !
Question: Okay, so I've heard this for years, watched it, heard it. I've been listening to Pink Floyd since I was 13, they're the most awesome band of all time. I used to listen to Dark Side of the Moon over and over. I've seen the Oz and Dark Side of the Moon thing and still wondering. What is up with it? Some parts seem to match but others don't. What part of the movie and sound track should be matched up for the best effect? I don't take drugs so that won't help with the effects. How exactly is it done?

Ive seen "Led Zeppelin II" also works very similiar with OZ. I just think its something that is a coincidence
LOL That is an old wives tale. The two have nothing to do with each other. You can take any album and find one or two things that would match.

I've heard that too. Never tried it but I think you have to be on drugs to fully understand it from what I hear.
