Do you know any sites i can go to, to listen to Music?!
Question: Ok my high school was given laptops and each student got one
to take home and to use in school. they said when we get home we can do whatever we want. well they blocked every music place i can think of: these are blocked:

www.projectplaylist.com
www.limewire.com
and even yahoo music is blocked!
Can you give me some links to try to see if they work so i can listen to music. anything is appreciated...thanks!

Pandora.com is the best site, because you can create your own radio stations with the type of music you like and you can also find new music similar to your favorites.

It is a radio website. Just basically make an account. Then you type in a band and it will make you a radio station that plays that bands music and other bands whose music is related to your bands music. I really like it. :)

My school does the same exact thing! They blocked the same sites, too! I just tried rhapsody.com, and it totally worked. Maybe it'll work on yours, too.

And one thing u can unblock all the site if u want. I will tell u the easiest way go to Google and search for the website u wanto to view like if u want to go to yahoo then search for yahoo.com in google. When u get the results u will notice there are some options all the bottom of each links like ( Cached - Similar pages - Note this - Filter), click on the Cached option i think u will be allowed to view any site u want as long google is not BLOCKED. Well if it does not work i will post some other method as they are pretty GEEK stuff and lots to write i don wana post at this moment. but if does not work post me.
