Can someone please tell me why Lil' Wayne's, "So great"?!
Question: I mean, he's cool... But at the same time he isn't spectacular. Like he doesn't WOW me. He doesn't get my brain working trying to assess what he's saying... So, tell me something.

Anyway i don't think he's GOAT AT ALL. I think he's bleh. I just said that coz R/HH seemed dead, and normally when you say some crap like that hoards of people line up to defend him.
And i agree with you, i think people just follow the crowd most of the time when it comes to stuff like that. And the people who do like him are retards who don't fully understand the concept of simple similies and metas and think he's the only one to use them. I've always said though, that he sounds comfortable on all the beats he's on. Which is always a good thing. In fact its probably the only good thing about him.
I don't think hes great at all. I don't like any of his songs and I hate his voice. I have no idea why people like him. He doesnt even look good.

i think hes alright also, hes fourth on my list.( chamillionaire, eminem, jay-z, lil wayne ) but i think everyone likes him becouse hes everywhere. hes a guest on everyones song. kinda like T-Pain, hes everywhere also.
Well he says he's the greatest and people who can't think for themselves believe him. And I agree, people like him because other people like him.

lil wayne has been out since the late 90s...ive always liked him. he does make fire colabs. with ppl. i just think when a rapper has reached the top, they get comfortable and just dont try as hard because ppl will continue to buy the album. you have got admit that his metaphors are on point tho!
