Did McCartney have a problem with George Harrison after the Beatles split?!

Question: Even after Lennon died they never got back together for even one concert (as far as I know). Bit of a shame.

George always felt that Paul was a little overpowering when they were still in The Beatles. Watch the film, Let It Be and you'll see a scene where they are not getting on very well which led to George walking out on the band for a few days. I think that George carried some resentment towards McCartney right until his death. Having said that, they did socialise ocasionally and had great love and respect for each other. Paul did guest on George's tribute toJohn Lennon, "All Those Years Ago" and of course they worked together on The Beatles Anthology 'reunion' songs "Free As A Bird" and "Real Love".

i dont believe so, they did record some stuff

no, thay had acheved every thing together and thay just wanted to see if thay could do it on there own, with succses i might add.

No,i don't think so. I understood they remained relatively close. A 3 member Beatle reunion would have probably seemed incomplete.

NO GEORGE DESIDED TO OPEN UP HIS OWN LABEL , WHICH WAS CALLED DARK HORSES , THE OTHER THING HE DID WAS TO SPONCER FLIMS , , George had a passion for Motor RACING . ON THE 10TH OF JANUARY 1969 IT WAS DURING ,THE FLIMING OF WHAT WE NOW KNOW AS" LET IT BE" THAT GEORGE WALKED OUT ON THE BEATLES . GEORGE HAD TWO GOOD REASONS FOR WALKING OUT , 1= WAS BECAUSE PAUL WAS TREATING GEORGE AS AN INFERIOR , And the other wasfollowing the arguement in frustration at yoko alwas being in the studio , while they were fliming LET IT BE , GEORGE DID NOT LIKE YOKO HAVEING HER FACE IN EVERY SHOT during the fliming of Let It Be and one song especialy was GET BACK. AND THIS IS WHEN GEORGE TOLD PAUL THAT HE COULD NOT BEAR TO BE IN in the Beatles anymore , because it was all a load of crap. THIS is where paul decided to take legal action out to wind the beatles up as a group. afyter this , the only time that george and paul got to gether to play , was when they made an apperance to play at San remo Festival in Italy . hope thatgives you the answer you are looking for

I never heard anything before.

FYI----- Martin Scorsese is working on a documentary on George Harrison.

Actually Paul, George, and Ringo have all worked with one another at some point in their solo careers. During the recordings of "The White Album", "Abbey Road" and "Let It Be", the band had started to grow apart as most people do. During the Beatles final 2 years, Paul was really trying to take creative control of the group, which made it even more difficult for George to break out of John and Paul's shadow. There's a scene on the "Let It Be" documentary that shows Paul and George arguing quite a bit. They still remained friends after going their seperate ways. If you watch the bonus footage on "The Beatles Anthology" DVD, there's a scene that shows the 3 of them jamming some songs together.

I think the best person to ask would be Paul McCartney.
Remember those guy were all doing drugs... pot, LSD, Heroin...what a bunch of idiots.....

Hanging around with jealous people like Bob Dylan, Bob Weir and Jerry Garcia is only going to get a little something extra in your pot with out you knowing it...and screw up your mind..

The Beatle were idiots to try to be "friends" with people who viewed them as the competition. They were idiots to try to be "brothers" to people like the Dead and Dylan who only wanty to prove themselve superior to the top dogs...
Does any ine wonder why they were all spun out and couldn't keep together as a group????

Only the naive.....
