I watched it too! It's so interesting, I want to go there someday. That particular place is called the 'Aria Hotel', though I've no clue what the address is.
Why thumbs-down? I've watched the show and I know what I said is correct. The 'place' is a special hotel in Prague, and it's music-themed. The hotel rooms bear the names of composers instead of numbers, and the room key (not lock) is in the shape of a treble clef (or G-clef). You tap it on the lock, and the door opens.
