The most popular composer is three people - Andrew, Lloyd and Webber.
Most people have heard of Beethoven...and I would suggest that anyone with a classical album has a Beethoven Symphony on it.....I personally like Handel

I think because he was on the new sso much recently because he died, and i've heard Nessun Dorma about a million times since i think that Pavarotti is... but theres also the obvious ones like Mozart, Beethoven and Bach.
I agree with what most people are saying composers such as Bach Mozart Beethoven, but there are modern composers such as John Adams Steve Reich and Philip Glass who are coming up fast as being very popular
