For the price of labor to have it done you should just get new ones...unless your local guitar shop will make a REALLY good deal.
If they need to be rewound, it can get expensive.
Rewinding is probably only worth it for vintage or otherwise irreplaceable pickups.
If they only need to be cleaned up, it shouldn't cost much. You might even be able to do it yourself.
If you do replace the pickups, be sure to get the original ones back from the repair guy. If the guitar is or becomes a collectible vintage piece, having all the original parts makes it much more valuable.

go and buy some dimarzios from musicians friend for about 69.99 a piece getting them rewound would be expensive as hell and time consuming
