When I'm feeling really down, I usually put my headphones on and listen to "The Dreaming" by Kate Bush. I find solace in it, as it's a very deep, and sometimes melancholic album. I've never found uplifting CDs helpful when my mood is low.
It has to be anything by the Moody Blues for me!
