guitar set up = setting the intonation, setting the action, pickup height ,mabey new strings too ??? that would be about 60 bucks at a major guitar center and about 20 at at used guitar dealer.. 10 bucks more with strings. thats the way is is here. 75 to much ??? check around ... strings included in price ? or not ?

Depends on what you mean.Rig set-up or actually getting the guitar set-up in a custom way?Either way that is a reasonable price.Once you get good at playing you will want better equipment.And that can run into the thousands easily.
