The latest that I have on Hank is that he is at home in Keller,Texas with his wife Ann. The cancer he has is said to be very aggressive and he is now on hospice care. At present time he is being administered medications etc. at home until such time as they will have to eventually move him to a hospice care facility. His family has asked for thoughts and prayers from all the many Hank Thompson fans. It is so sad that we are losing more classic country artists. If any of these classic country music entertainers come to a venue close to you by all means do everything you can to go and see them as you may only have the one opportunity. They may be getting older but they still love to be remembered by the fans. We all owe so much to these greats who have done it the hard way back when they would travel 5-6 people in a car and many of these trips were long before the interstate highway system that we now enjoy.
He passed away awhile ago today.

Unfortunatey-Mr Hank Thompson has lost his battle with lung cancer.

That is so sad. He will be missed. GOD bless him.
